 Safeway Transitional provides a continuum of integrated professionals with developmental disabilities knowledge to deliver quality services and supports, participate meaningfully to citizens of New Jersey who experience personal, economic, and social problems, at all levels and stages of their challenges. Safeway Transitional mission is targeted to a full community and individual support for adults with disabilities-one person at a time.
